frequently asked
questions (faqs)

Who can become a member?

The*spark centre aims to bring together a curated community of impact entrepreneurs and changemakers. If you are a social enterprise or impact entrepreneur, nonprofit, foundation, impact investor, CSR/innovation team, and service providers working toward social outcomes.

What plans do you offer?

We have a choice of plans of Fixed Desk, Hot Desk, and Limited‑Hours Desk. All include Wi‑Fi, printing, phone booths, lounge/huddle areas, pantry, and access to member events. Meeting rooms and podcast rooms are bookable on demand.

What are the hours?
Community hours are Mon–Fri (9 AM to 5 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM – 2 PM). Fixed Desk members can request extended access (subject to building rules and safety).
Where are you located?
Hoodi, Whitefield, less than 8 minutes to the nearest Metro. Paid parking available for 2‑ and 4‑wheelers.
Is the space accessible?

Yes. We offer step‑free access, accessible washrooms, and staff support on request. Please write to us for any accommodation needs. Please write to us at hello@thespark.org.in

What’s included with membership?
High‑speed Wi‑Fi, printing allowance, booking‑based meeting rooms, phone booths, lounges, garden sit‑outs, pantry (tea/coffee), mail handling (on request), along with priority invitations to events/dialogues being conducted.
Do you have meeting rooms that we can book?
Yes. Multiple meeting rooms (3–10 seats) plus a podcast/recording room behind acoustic walls. Bookings are first‑come, first‑served. Please write to us at hello@thespark.org.in
Can I receive mail and packages?
Yes. We accept standard mail/packages during community hours. Oversized or high‑value shipments require prior notice.
How do bookings work?
Use the member portal to reserve meeting rooms/booths/podcast room. You’ll see capacities and available slots before confirming.
Can I bring guests?
Yes—guests must be registered, show ID at reception, and be accompanied by the host at all times. Guest count is limited to the capacity of your booked room; day‑pass/desk usage by guests requires a separate pass.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes, subject to availability and impact alignment. Day‑pass users must follow all community rules.
What are the billing cycles and deposits?
All seats are paid for in advance. You may reserve seats on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. A refundable security deposit may apply by plan.
How do I upgrade/downgrade or add seats?
Please request for changes via the member portal that will be shared with you upon sign up.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Your monthly plan renews automatically unless cancelled. Please submit a written notice at least 30 days before the next cycle to avoid renewal. Unused time is not refundable once a cycle begins.
Do you offer nonprofit/founder concessions?

Yes—limited scholarships and partner‑sponsored seats are reserved for high‑potential early‑stage teams.
